Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This remote role supports a growing FMCG business with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth performance analysis.

You will develop financial models, prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, and provide strategic financial guidance across departments. A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is required, with CFA/CPA a plus; FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and variance analyses for budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze key financial metrics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to departments.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
