Qualifications

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in financial analysis software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Conduct variance analysis, investigating discrepancies between actual results and budget/forecast.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
Develop financial models to support business case analysis and investment appraisal.
Analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
