Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join a fully remote FMCG team. You will analyze data to optimize inventory, improve logistics efficiency, and support cost reduction initiatives across a distributed operation from production to market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics/Analytics and 2–3 years of experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL). ERP/SCM software experience is a plus, and strong communication is essential for effective remote

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operations, preferably FMCG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
Experience with ERP and SCM software is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data including inventory levels, lead times, transportation costs, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and reports for management.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless operations.
Forecast demand and manage inventory to meet customer needs while minimizing carrying costs.
Assist in implementing new supply chain technologies and processes.
