This crucial role involves overseeing the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of a fleet of vehicles, ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to delivery schedules and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics software, and the ability to manage a remote team effectively, contributing to the seamless functioning of the company's nationwide logistics network while working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize dispatch software to assign routes and schedules to drivers, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor fleet vehicle locations and progress in real-time, providing support and addressing any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistical challenges.
