Placements24 is seeking a Fleet Operations Analyst for a fully remote role across South Africa. You will analyze fleet data, build dashboards, monitor KPIs on fuel use, route efficiency, and driver performance, and collaborate with dispatch to drive cost reductions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Logistics or Data Analytics, are proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and have remote-work experience.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
• Experience working remotely and managing own workload independently is essential.
