Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a national logistics provider, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Fleet Operations Analyst to join their team and enhance fleet efficiency and performance from a home-based office. This role is crucial for analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the fleet department. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of fleet management principles, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to fleet operations, including vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance records, and driver performance.
• Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per mile, on-time delivery rates, and vehicle utilization.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in fleet operations.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and dispatchers to implement data-driven recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fleet management principles, operations, and relevant terminology.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
