You will coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and records, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency from a remote working setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or coordinating vehicle maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance requirements and service procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and standard office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for the entire fleet.
• Coordinate and schedule all necessary repairs and services with approved external vendors and internal workshops.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance records, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage warranty claims and track service history for each vehicle in the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards for fleet operations.
• Maintain effective communication channels with drivers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
