Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Fleet Operations Manager to oversee a national vehicle fleet from a remote location. You will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and reduce costs across the fleet while leading dispersed teams of supervisors and drivers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fleet operations, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet software. This role offers a fully remote setup with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations management, preferably with national scope.
Demonstrated experience in remote team leadership and management.
In-depth knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and logistics best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for the national fleet management.
