Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s fleet movements from anywhere, ensuring smooth, compliant operations nationwide.

You will monitor vehicle performance, schedule drivers, coordinate routes, and resolve issues remotely using digital tools, contributing to efficiency and cost savings. The role requires strong communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers and a commitment to safety and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations remotely, utilizing digital tools and communication platforms effectively.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, vehicle maintenance, and route optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.

Responsibilities
