Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Financial Services Recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will identify, attract and place top talent across South Africa, including Stellenbosch, in banking, investment management, insurance and fintech.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, conduct end-to-end recruitment, screen and interview, negotiate offers, and guide onboarding while meeting ambitious targets in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in recruitment with financial services focus.
• Experience recruiting for Financial Analysts, Fund Managers, etc.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience with Stellenbosch/Western Cape clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for financial services roles from junior to leadership.
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking, investment, insurance, fintech clients.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills, market knowledge, and culture fit.
• Manage candidate experience with professional communication.
• Negotiate offers and onboard successful candidates.
• Provide market insights on talent acquisition strategies.
• Use ATS to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a remote setting.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
