Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa and drive pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery meetings with qualified prospects.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce, to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches. Remote work within SA is supported.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred; SDR/BDR experience helps.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
