Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota carrying ability.
• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS a plus.
• Strong written communication and targeted outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops.
