2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.

Familiar with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
