Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our distributed team across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run thoughtful outbound sequences, while achieving volume goals with high-quality engagements.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role with quota
• Experience in outbound prospecting and email/LinkedIn outreach
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in CRM (Salesforce/SalesLoft)
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
