Placements24 is seeking an innovative and results-driven Remote Food & Beverage Manager to lead the virtual F&B strategy and operations for a growing hospitality client. You will develop menus, source quality suppliers, and optimize the guest dining experience through remote solutions, without direct on-site oversight.

This role demands extensive F&B management experience across multi-site operations, a strong focus on cost control, inventory, and food safety standards, plus excellent leadership

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage management across multi-site or large-scale operations.
• Proven track record in menu development and cost control.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts and menus for various guest offerings.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Develop and enforce high standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality control across all remote operations.
• Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for menu enhancements and service improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and drive revenue.
