Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative culinary and beverage strategies that align with the company's brand and market position.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in food and beverage management, with a significant portion in a directorial or senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, controlling costs, and improving profitability in multi-unit F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, menu development, and beverage management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and remote operational oversight is essential.
