Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Food & Beverage Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across a nationwide catering portfolio. The role is fully remote, requiring strategic thinking and a solid understanding of food service operations, supply chain, and quality control.

You will analyze performance data, implement best practices, develop training, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and culinary teams to optimize service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage operations management, preferably catering or multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize operations remotely.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and cost control.
• Expertise in food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in F&B services.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across all catering locations.
• Oversee supply chain management, vendor relations, and inventory control to optimize costs and ensure quality.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of remote and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and culinary to align operational strategies with business objectives.
