You will partner with culinary teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee end-to-end logistics from concept to post-event review. A home office with reliable internet is essential. Experience with event software is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in event planning or catering coordination.
• Strong client communication and budget understanding.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex events.
• Proficiency with event management tools and virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event requirements, including theme, guest count, dietary needs, and budget.
• Develop customized catering proposals and menus tailored to client specifications.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including staffing, venue liaison, equipment rentals, and transportation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu feasibility and high-quality food preparation.
• Manage event timelines and critical path activities to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee event execution on the day (remotely or on-site as required), ensuring all details are handled professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and positive referrals.
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest catering trends, menu innovations, and event design concepts.
• Prepare post-event reports and conduct client feedback sessions.
• Manage client contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
