Qualifications

Extensive experience in equipment installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues via phone, email, and video conferencing.
Guide clients through installation procedures, setup configurations, and routine maintenance tasks with clear, step-by-step instructions.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles for common equipment problems.
Analyze remote diagnostic data to identify issues and recommend preventive maintenance strategies.
