Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in environmental consulting or management within energy and infrastructure sectors, and possess strong regulatory knowledge and reporting skills for

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in environmental consulting or management, specifically within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, impact assessment processes, and sustainability principles.
• Experience with environmental monitoring techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at remote collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and other environmental studies for energy projects.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans and mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
• Monitor environmental performance during project construction and operation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Research and interpret environmental legislation, policies, and guidelines relevant to the energy sector.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, permit applications, and presentations for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, engineers, and consultants to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
