Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This full-time, remote role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience is a plus, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft thoughtful messages.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.

• Maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
