Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to manage contacts and drive pipeline. You’ll thrive on thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and high-quality communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
