Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
