• 4+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record filling difficult roles across sectors.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• HR-related degree or certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Utilize sourcing techniques including social media, networks and job boards.
• Screen candidates including interviews and reference checks.
• Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
