Job summary

ATS Client is seeking an Embedded Recruitment Specialist (Engineering & Renewable Energy) to source and engage engineering talent for a US-embedded engagement. This fully remote role is based in South Africa and aligned to US time zones, with core overlap hours maintained for collaboration.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment across technical disciplines, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers as part of an embedded team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in embedded recruitment or RPO/agency setups.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Comfort engaging with engineers and senior candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage engineering and technical candidates.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
• Screen candidates and conduct qualification conversations.
• Build ongoing talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in an embedded model.
• Contribute market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
