Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of online course development and instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning course development projects.
• Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design).
