D2B is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter for outbound sales and lead generation. You will identify schools, nurseries, and childcare providers, build relationships, and generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

Ideal candidates have strong telephone skills, a professional voice, and a track record of meeting targets. This is a full-time remote role aligned with UK business hours, offering growth and collaboration with the UK team.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development preferred.
• Experience engaging business decision-makers through telephone-based outreach.
• Experience targeting schools, nurseries, childcare providers, education organizations, or similar sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting & lead generation to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments and handovers to the sales team.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and maintain regular contact with prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect interactions and outcomes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and messaging.
