D2B is seeking an Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for warm inbound inquiries about solar panels and heat pumps. This fully remote role follows UK business hours and is offered as full-time, independent contractor work.

You will guide customers through pre- and post-proposal stages, capture essential details, and coordinate with technical specialists to advance opportunities, using Payaca and Aircall for CRM and telephony.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with clear, professional telephone manner.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or phone-based sales qualification.
• Ability to work UK business hours (9:00-17:00 GMT/BST) from a remote home office.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound customers using high-intent marketing leads; no cold calling.
• Follow structured Pre-Proposal and Post-Proposal call flows.
• Guide customers through online estimates using UK postcode data.
• Capture data for design team and log interactions in Payaca and Aircall.
• Handle objections and follow-up to book surveys or appointments.
• Schedule 30-minute specialist calls for complex questions.
• Maintain target performance metrics with high contact rates.
