Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Coordinator to lead curriculum development and educational strategy across its network of childcare centers. This fully remote role is based in Welkom but requires no on-site presence, offering flexibility and autonomy.

You will design innovative programs, ensure pedagogical consistency, and support educators remotely through training modules and resources, shaping early childhood education nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 7+ years of curriculum design and implementation in early childhood settings.
• Ability to lead educational initiatives remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with online delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update comprehensive early childhood curricula aligned with national standards.
• Create online resources, training materials, and professional development modules for educators.
• Provide remote guidance to center directors and staff on curriculum implementation.
• Conduct virtual quality assurance checks and provide feedback for consistency.
• Research trends in early childhood education to inform curriculum enhancements.
• Collaborate with management and external consultants on educational strategy.
