Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Early Learning Coordinator to manage and enhance our online early childhood education programs. This role oversees curriculum development, supports remote educators, and ensures a high standard of learning delivery for preschoolers engaging with digital platforms.

You will shape the virtual learning experience, collaborate with a remote team, and communicate with parents about progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Proven experience with online learning platforms and digital educational tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and implementation of engaging online curriculum for early learners.
• Provide training, support, and resources to remote educators and facilitators.
• Monitor the quality of online learning experiences and student engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless platform functionality for educational delivery.
• Maintain communication channels with parents and guardians regarding their child's online progress and engagement.
