Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in early childhood education, program development, and management.
• Proven track record in designing and launching online learning programs.
• Strong understanding of early learning theories and digital pedagogy.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
