Qualifications

• Master's degree in ECE, Educational Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of curriculum development experience for early learners.
• Proven ability to design engaging online learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of child development in digital contexts.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop online curriculum and learning materials for preschoolers.
• Create interactive digital activities, videos, and games for remote learning.
• Guide and support parents/caregivers in using digital resources at home.
• Research and integrate best practices in early childhood education into the platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve user experience on the platform.
• Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback for content improvement.
