Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Online Early Years Learning Coordinator to lead and enhance our digital learning platform for preschool learners. This fully remote role focuses on content development, delivery, and quality assurance of interactive online activities in early childhood education.

You will supervise remote educators, collaborate with instructional designers, and ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and engaging LMS experiences. Strong project management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field required.
5+ years in early childhood education with online/digital experience.
Experience coordinating remote educational programs.
Strong knowledge of online pedagogy and instructional design for young learners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and delivery of engaging online learning modules for early years children.
Supervise and guide a team of remote content creators and educators focused on early childhood education.
Ensure the pedagogical soundness and age-appropriateness of all digital educational content.
Monitor platform usage and learner engagement, providing insights for improvement.
