Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Childhood Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of online learning initiatives from home. You will guide strategic direction, manage a distributed team of educators, designers, and support staff, and ensure high-quality digital curriculum aligned with early childhood standards.

You will monitor program performance, drive improvements, and collaborate with parents, partners, and tech teams to scale impact across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 7+ years in early childhood education, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience in online educational programs or digital learning.
• Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum design.
• Excellent remote leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and educational technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for all remote early childhood programs.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of educators, instructional designers, and support staff.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging digital curriculum and learning experiences.
• Monitor program performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance child outcomes and user satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards and online safety regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, partners, and technology teams, to ensure program success.
