Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce strategy, management, or digital leadership.
• Experience with online merchandising, promotions, and customer experience initiatives.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize the online customer journey from discovery to post-purchase engagement.
• Manage UX and CRO to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social) with marketing.
• Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback for insights.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams for alignment.
• Manage e-commerce budget and P&L, ensuring ROI.
