Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote E-commerce Specialist to drive online sales for a rapidly expanding FMCG company. The role is fully remote, requiring strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer experience optimization.

You will manage the website and third-party marketplaces to increase online revenue and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in e-commerce, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management within FMCG/CPG sectors.
Proven success driving online sales growth and managing e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all aspects of e-commerce platforms including website content and product listings.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions and sales.
Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and average order value.
Oversee online product merchandising and marketplace relationships.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service teams for a seamless customer journey.
Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns.
