Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Retail E-commerce Specialist to lead our client's online store and marketplaces. The role focuses on optimizing product listings, driving traffic, and improving conversion through SEO, SEM, content, and analytics.

You will manage campaigns, analyze performance, enhance UX, coordinate with marketing, and ensure timely order fulfillment while staying ahead of e-commerce trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and growth for e-commerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on the e-commerce website and relevant marketplaces.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance the user experience (UX) and convert optimization on the e-commerce platform.
• Manage online customer service inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and digital content.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the online order fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and key metrics.
