• Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels, digital marketing, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
