Placements24 is seeking a remote E-commerce Operations Manager for an expanding online retailer. The role focuses on optimizing platforms, streamlining fulfillment, and driving customer satisfaction across digital channels.

You will lead a remote team, coordinate with 3PL partners, analyze performance data, and implement efficiency improvements to scale the business while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Operations Manager or senior role in online retail.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and order management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate and manage teams virtually, with remote-work best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including website management, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Develop strategies to improve website user experience and conversion rates.
• Manage inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent stockouts and overselling.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for timely and cost-effective shipping.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance.
• Implement and refine customer service protocols to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across the platform.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Lead and motivate a remote team to achieve goals.
