Job summary

Placements24 seeks a skilled Remote Retail E-commerce Specialist to manage online sales channels from anywhere. You will oversee website management, digital marketing, product listings, and customer experience optimization, supporting Upington, Northern Cape as part of a national remote team.

You will drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce environments, leveraging CRM systems, analytics, and content creation to enhance the online shopping journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and CRM systems.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Experience in product management and content creation for online sales.
Knowledge of online payment gateways and shipping logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform for a seamless user experience.
