You will own product listings, plan digital campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service from a remote location to enhance the online shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Oversee product listings, descriptions, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze e-commerce data and provide regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior.
• Manage online customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a cohesive online strategy.
