Placements24 is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to join a fully remote team and accelerate expansion for an online retail business. You will design rapid, scalable strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the lifecycle.

You'll leverage experimentation, analytics, and creativity to identify new channels, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Growth Hacker or similar e-commerce growth role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle and various acquisition channels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a highly experimental mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website conversion rates, user experience, and marketing campaign performance.
• Identify and leverage new growth channels and tactics for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Analyze user behavior, sales data, and marketing metrics to uncover insights and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth features and improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in growth hacking, digital marketing, and e-commerce technology.
