Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to lead customer acquisition, activation, and retention for their online business. This fully remote role blends marketing, data analysis, and product development to optimize the customer journey and drive measurable results.

You will design and analyze experiments, leverage digital channels and partnerships, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to accelerate growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing for ecommerce.
• Ability to design, run and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
• Skilled in data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing understanding.
• Analytical, proactive, and strategic thinker with an experimental mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across the marketing funnel.
