This fully remote role collaborates with a distributed team and emphasizes experimentation and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has proven e-commerce growth experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRO.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in e-commerce growth hacking or rapid expansion.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Creative mindset with passion for experimentation and learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
• Analyse user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies for growth opportunities.
• Develop data-driven marketing campaigns including SEO, content marketing, email automation, and paid ads.
• Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to improve site performance and sales.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate growth features.
• Utilise analytics tools to track performance and report growth metrics.
