Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments across the e-commerce website and marketing channels to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities through data analysis, user behavior tracking, and market research.
• Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Optimize the customer journey from initial touchpoint through to purchase and post-purchase engagement, focusing on reducing friction and increasing lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement new features, tools, and strategies that support growth objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in growth hacking, e-commerce, and digital marketing, experimenting with new platforms and tactics.

Requirements
