Placements24 is seeking an innovative E-commerce Growth Hacker to join a fully remote team. You will identify and execute rapid experiments to boost user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across the online business, using data-driven decision making and a test-and-learn mindset.

You will own CRO across website and app, explore new channels, collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce growth hacking experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze rapid experimentation across marketing channels, product features, and user funnels.
• Identify and test new customer acquisition channels and strategies.
• Optimize CRO of the website and app through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Leverage data analytics to identify growth levers and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate virtually with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
