Placements24 is seeking an analytics-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to join a fully remote team. You will identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize user journeys to boost acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value across online platforms.

You will leverage marketing, data analysis, and technical skills to test hypotheses, collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering, and implement scalable growth strategies in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth marketing or a similar role with demonstrated success in driving e-commerce growth.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools and data visualization.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments across the website, email campaigns, and social media channels to optimize conversion funnels.
• Analyze user behavior data, website analytics, and market research to identify growth opportunities and pain points.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral programs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement new features and optimizations that drive growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
