Placements24 is seeking an engaging E-commerce Community Manager to foster and grow a vibrant online community around the brand. This fully remote role involves managing social interactions, addressing inquiries, and building brand loyalty from anywhere.

You will create engaging content, respond to comments, monitor trends, and host online events to boost participation while gathering feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathetic interaction.
• Ability to build relationships and manage online communities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce and customer service best practices.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture an online community across social platforms.
• Engage with community members by responding to comments and inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Monitor conversations using social listening tools to identify trends and issues.
• Create and share engaging content to encourage interaction and user-generated content.
• Organize and host online events, Q&A sessions, or contests to boost participation.
