You will act as the voice of the brand, enhance customer loyalty, drive advocacy, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams. This is ideal for a social-media savvy professional in a dynamic online retail space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture online communities across social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content, initiate discussions, and respond to user comments and questions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Monitor community sentiment, identify key influencers, and address customer concerns or feedback constructively.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communication aligns with brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide reports on key insights and trends to inform marketing strategies.
