You will work from anywhere in South Africa, connecting customers with the brand and driving online conversations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in community management, excellent communication, and a knack for creating engaging content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or online moderation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and foster online discussions.
• Familiarity with online community platforms and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple community channels effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build, engage, and grow online communities.
• Moderate online forums, social media groups, and other community platforms.

• Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and constructive manner.
